アメリカ人小説家のジェシーとフランス人のセリーヌはパリでの再開から9年が経ち、現在は双子の娘の親となりパリに暮らしている。夏の間、家族はギリシャでバカンスを楽しむことにするが、ジェシーと先妻との間に出来たハンクというティーンエイジャーの息子がシカゴから訪れる…。「ビフォア・サンセット」に続くシリーズ3作目で最終章。
