最初は対立していた全く正反対の性格の２匹の七面鳥レジーとジェイクですが、伝統的な祝日である感謝祭の食事メニューで、七面鳥が料理される習慣をやめさせようとコンビを組むことに。彼らは政府の研究所にあるタイムマシーンをハイジャックし、歴史上初めて行われた感謝祭で七面鳥の料理が作られるのを阻止するためタイムトラベルする…。
