とらわれて夏

1987年、アメリカ東部の閑静な町が舞台。9月のレイバー・デイ（労働者の日）をひかえたある日、シングルマザーのアデルと13歳の息子ヘンリーは、傷を負った逃亡犯フランクに出くわす。危害は加ないという言葉を信じ、男を車に乗せたアデルは、自宅で彼を匿うことに。しばらく緊張した時間が流れるが、やがて、息子とフランクは打ち解け合い…。
