2072年、タイムトラベルが可能となった未来だが法律により使用は禁じられていた。しかし、法を恐れぬ犯罪組織は証拠を残さず消し去りたい標的を30年前に送り、その時代にいる"ルーパー"と呼ばれる暗殺者に始末させていた。ある日、ルーパーのジョーの元に、いつもと同じように未来から男が送られてくるが、なんとその男は30年後の自分自身だった…。
