重い病気で苦しむ父親と暮らすラッセルは、景気が落込み荒れ果てた工場町で働く自分の将来に期待を持てずにいた。そんな彼が刑務所に入っている間、イラクの戦場から帰還した弟のロドニーが地元の犯罪組織と関わりを持ち、やがて組織のトラブルに巻き込まれ殺害されてしまう。一時釈放されたラッセルは自分の手で弟の仇を討つことを誓う…。
