古代ピラニアたちがヴィクトリア湖を襲ってから1年後。血に飢えたピラニアたちは、オープン間近のウォーターパーク"ビッグ・ウェット"を新たな住処にする。そこは、若者たちが騒ぐために新設されたエッチな仕掛け満載のプールだった。2010年、リゾート地に突如出現した人食い魚の恐怖を描いた「ピラニア3D」の続編、大人のための、おバカパニック・ホラー。
