2014年、地球温暖化を食い止めるため散布された化学薬品により、地球上は雪と氷に覆われ再び氷河期へと突入した。17年後、わずかに生き残った人類は、永久機関によって動き続ける列車“スノーピアサー”の中で暮らしていた。列車内の人々は富裕層と貧困層に分けられ厳しい階層社会が形成される。やがて貧困層の男たちが反乱を企て…。
