ファッションサイトを運営する会社のCEOであるジュールスは、仕事と家庭を両立させ誰もが羨むような人生を歩んでいた。ところがある日、彼女に人生最大の試練が訪れる。そんな悩めるジュールスのアシスタントとして40歳年上のシニア・インターンのベンがやってくる。人生経験が豊富なベンは彼女に助言を与え、次第に心を通わせていくが…。
