ベルリンの壁崩壊直前の1989年。西側に極秘情報を流そうとしていたMI6の捜査官が殺害され、最高機密扱いの極秘リストが紛失してしまう。MI6は英国最高の女スパイのロレーン・ブロートンをベルリンへ急行させる。ブロートンは現地に駐在するデヴィッド・パーシバルと手を組み、世界中のスパイを相手とする危険な戦いへと身を投じていく…。
