レオニー

1901年、ニューヨークの大学を卒業したレオニーはある日、神秘的な日本人青年で詩人のヨネと出会う。２人の英詩は米英の文壇で成功を収め、レオニーはヨネを愛し妊娠する。ところが妊娠を知ったヨネは、彼女を置き去りにして日本へ帰国してしまう。残されたレオニーは人目を避け、未婚のまま混血の男の子を出産し"イサム"と名付ける…。
